TRV|X is our staple workout. Inside this session, you can expect an incredible balance of strength, cardio, and muscular endurance. We’ll keep you sweating through 45 mins of variety of innovative equipment, programming, and having a blast along the way.


GRIT is our conventional strength training session, designed to help you build strength and burn fat. We use compound movements, coupled with accessory work to maximize output. You’re guaranteed to feel strong and confident following these workouts!


RIOT is Detroit boxing and conditioning at it’s finest! These sessions include a killer blend of boxing, conditioning, and core strength, providing an insane sweat and full body workout. You’ll also learn authentic boxing technique brought to you in a completely unintimidating format. There’s no experience needed, and a great workout for any fitness level!
