Hi, I’m Travis, owner and head coach at TRVFIT Detroit. I got my start in fitness over a decade ago when I reached a point in my life where I was no longer happy with the way I looked and felt. I stopped making excuses and got to work, leading to a 40lb weight loss journey followed by a pursuit in personal training. It wasn’t until I found TRVFIT though, first as a member then as a coach, that I truly decided to pursue the path of helping others. Now as owner of TRVFIT Detroit, I work tirelessly to foster Detroit’s best fitness community! I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate every single person that steps foot in our doors and gives us the opportunity to positively impact their lives.

Originally from Miami, I moved to Detroit in 2017. Fitness has been a part of my life since I was a child. I played sports all throughout middle school and high school, but college is where my journey with weight lifting began. It came full circle once I joined TRVFIT. I fell in love with the community and it made me want to be a coach. It was the best decision I ever made. I am a woman that believes in muscle building and lifting heavy. Functional bodybuilding I would say is my niche. Mixing some explosive movements along with heavy weight training. When not at the gym I’m a barber and DJ and love spending time with my hairless cats and friends.

Hi! I’m Chloe. I received my Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as well as a certification in ONNIT Foundations. My fitness journey started when I was young. I grew up dancing and playing sports, but it wasn’t until my mid-twenties when I found my love for the gym. It was a place I could go to get away from life’s daily stressors, and it was a place that ultimately saved me from making unhealthy decisions with my life.

My style of training is a mix of everything with a focus in functional training. I love working with barbells and dumbbells, but my absolute favorite modality is kettlebells. I have such a passion for Kettlebell Training, and I’m so excited to introduce complexes and flows to TRVFIT Detroit! When you take my classes, we’re going to work hard, but most importantly have FUN. I can’t wait to see you at our next class!

Hi, I’m Carter and fitness has always been a huge part of my life as I grew up playing baseball, soccer, football and then went on to play collegiate basketball. That is when I truly found my love & passion for fitness. For me, the gym is not only an outlet to release anxiety & stress, but also helps me create daily healthy habits and improve my mental health. Fitness teaches me to focus on being the best version of myself on a day to day basis. Having the privledge to coach a community full of hard working individuals and being able to impact their lives in a positive way through fitness is something I enjoy doing the most! I am so thrilled to be apart of the TRVFIT family and help every one of you reach their full potential. In my classes you can expect to be pushed to your limits, have fun, and good vibes! I love to teach strength training with a sprinkle of functional movements. Outside of the gym I love spending time with family & friends, watching sports, and going on adventures!

My health became a priority for me in 2015 while I was in pharmacy school. At the time I was almost 300 lbs and experiencing panic attacks. I had chosen a career in healthcare, but was not taking care of my own wellbeing. I decided to make a change. That year I lost 100lbs, and since have developed a passion for teaching and sharing information about sustainable fitness and nutrition.

My training focuses on functional strength and endurance mainly using kettlebells. I practice yoga regularly and enjoy running! The best thing about TRVFIT is whatever your goals are there is something for you. The gym has always been such a positive and safe space for me, I hope to bring the same energy for everyone training at TRVFIT!
