Not at all! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, and every workout is scalable based on your experience and ability. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our coaches will help you train safely and progress at your own pace.

Yes! We recommend (but don’t require) our Foundations Program—three one-on-one sessions with a coach to help new members build confidence, learn proper technique, and prevent injuries before jumping into group training.

No, TRVFit Detroit is a coached-training facility, meaning all workouts are done in a structured program with a coach. We do not offer open gym access, but you can book into group training, personal training, or semi-private training sessions.
We’re located at 1235 Wilbur Street, Detroit, right across from Henry Ford Hospital. Unlike many city gyms, we offer free dedicated parking in a lot right next to the facility, making it easy for you to train without the hassle of finding a spot.
Our 3,000 sq. ft. facility is built for functional strength and conditioning training. We use barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, battle ropes, pull-up rigs, and rowers—with a dedicated strength area, 50-ft turf space, and sliding boxing bag system.
Yes! Our coaches provide nutritional guidance as part of personal and semi-private training, helping you with habit coaching, meal planning tips, and sustainable nutrition strategies.
Yes! We participate in Endeavor, a franchise-wide fitness competition, and host seasonal challenges like our 6-week Spring Shred Challenge. We also offer Specialty Programs like Boxing Club and Peach City (lower body strength training) to help you train with a specific focus.
