TRVFIT Detroit is led by an incredible team of coaches dedicated to our craft, focused on delivering world-class service, and willing to go above and beyond for your overall well-being, inside and outside of our doors.

It’s bigger than a team of coaches though. The community within works in ways you would never imagine. It’s human connection at it’s finest.

Our philosophy…

Focus on what you can control and the outcomes will follow. There are three big things you control when it comes to your health/fitness:

  • Whether or not you show up
  • How hard you push yourself
  • What you put in your mouth

You cannot control the results of this, for example, what the scale reads; however, properly managed inputs influence outcomes.

Your goals should follow suit. Instead of focusing on losing 20lbs, you should set goals on how many workouts to complete, a targeted level of effort, and what to consume in certain quantities.

The service…

To help with this you need more than a box with heavy equipment to pick things up and put back down. This is why we pride ourselves on being a coaching service. We’re not looking for bodies to humidify the box with sweat; our mission is to transform lives.

The only way to do this is to first understand where you currently are with your health/fitness and then where you’d like to be. We want to know what motivates you, your goals/interests, past experience, your barriers to success, and overall lifestyle. This is why we have you start with a free No Sweat Intro.

How can a gym help you if they have no idea who you are? Think of it like a prescription. If a doctor writes you a prescription without properly diagnosing the symptoms, it’s called negligence. The same goes for your fitness.

Once we have a good understanding of you, then we can recommend a service to help you find success. We do our absolute best to personalize the service to you, but the fitness aspect will generally fall into one of three categories:

  • Personal Training
  • Group Training
  • Semi-Private (or hybrid) Training

That said, the frequency in which you train along with accountability, nutrition, and countless other factors will differ.

Our vision is to provide the absolute finest, world-class health/fitness experience in Detroit. We view ourselves as being in hospitality as much as we are in the fitness industry.

This comes in many forms, but we want to ensure, from the time you first interact with us to the time you move away, that you feel welcome and a part of something bigger than just a sweat box.
